How to submit a Support Request Clients can submit support requests by logging in to the DigitalFyre Client Portal at any time and either: Clicking the green “Create” button in the “Support Tickets” widget Navigating to “Support -> Tickets” from the left side navigation, then clicking the green “Open Ticket” button in the header Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Clients can create, update, and view their tickets from the DigitalFyre Client Portal at any time.
